Hounded by Kevin Hearne (The Iron Druid Chronicles #1)
I picked this up during a recent Audible sale because I’ve been curious about the books for awhile. So far I think it’s entertaining and I can see why everyone says it’s for fans of Harry Dresden. There are similarities, though I think I like Harry more than Atticus O’Sullivan, but Atticus has a mind-talking dog and that’s pretty legit. It’s fun and eventful.

Three Dark Crowns by Kendare Blake (Three Dark Crowns #1)
This was on of my most anticipated YA releases for 2016 and I can’t wait to dig into it this week. The idea of three sisters killing each other for a crown is brutal + awesome, plus each sister has a sort of magical specialty. It’s a gorgeous book and I hope the content lives up to my expectations.
