A Court of Frost and Starlight by Sarah J. Maas
I wasn’t even going to pre-order this initially, but I totally caved last week when I saw it dropped in price somewhat! I’m kind of a sucker for these books and expect that this will be a really quick read since I think it’s under 300 pages. Plus, it’ll look so pretty on my shelf.
Altered Carbon by Richard K. Morgan
In anticipation of checking out the series on Netflix, I decided to pick up the audiobook of Altered Carbon. Thus far, it’s pretty neat. Takeshi Kovacs has been recruited to solve a particularly complicated murder on Earth, far from the colony planet he had been living/working on. It’s futuristic, filled with action, and I love a good murder mystery.
