This is a historical fantasy about Anastasia Romanov with a hefty dash of magic thrown in for good measure. I picked it up for what felt like just a few minutes and suddenly I was 20% in already! It’s engaging and puts an interesting spin on history, so I think it’ll be a good book overall.
The Blade Itself by Joe Abercrombie
This is actually a re-read, but it’s been at least 6 years since I first read this – long before I started my blog. I don’t remember much about this, but I figured it’s a great time to re-read this and then move on through the trilogy before A Little Hatred comes out in 2019.
