Stacking The Shelves is a weekly (or in my case monthly) meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews and it’s all about sharing the books you’ve added to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. You can include books you buy in a physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts, and of course ebooks!
Received for Review:

Ravencaller by David Dalglish
I’ve been really looking forward to this lovely arriving. I greatly enjoyed the first book (more so than other books by this author) and can’t wait to dig in. Thanks to Orbit for the finished copy!
We Ride the Storm by Devin Madson
Once again, I love how many books featured in the SPFBO are being picked up by the big traditional publishers! A dying empire, a princess, a warrior, and an assassin – sounds like an awesome read. Thanks to Orbit for the ARC!
When Jackals Storm the Walls by Bradley P. Beaulieu
Oh my goodnesssss!!! This might by my most exciting book in the haul – this has been such a great series and things are sure to escalate even more with this being the fifth of six books. Many thanks to DAW for the ARC.
Our Child of the Stars by Stephen Cox
This was a surprise ARC and one that hadn’t been on my radar. While I’m not in a hurry to pick this up, I admit the synopsis is intriguing and it seems quite different from my usual reads. This might get saved for summer reading. Thanks to Jo Fletcher for the ARC!
The Four Symbols by Eric Giacometti and Jacques Ravenne
Spy thriller + treasures with occult powers = YESSSS. The link above is to Amazon because Goodreads had basically nothing when I looked this up. It sounds pretty cool.
Unravel the Dusk by Elizabeth Lim
The first book in this series was surprisingly good so I couldn’t turn down the offer for an eARC of the second. Maia Tamarin was touched by a demon during her quest to make three magical dresses and she’s been changing ever since. Can’t wait to see what this story holds! Thanks to Knopf for the eARC!
Out of Body by Jeffrey Ford
Dream travelling serial killers! This is a lil novella from Tor.com so if it’s as good as I hope, it will only take a couple hours to read. Love the cover and the premise!
My Purchases:

House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J. Maas
I couldn’t resist picking this up. SJMaas books are my junk food reads and MAN, ARE THEY IRRESISTIBLE! It certainly has it’s flaws and parts that make me laugh out loud because they’re absurd/ridiculous but I can’t put it down!
Age of Death by Michael J. Sullivan
I’ve been backing the Kickstarter’s for each of these books and the hardcover showed up a couple weeks back! I’ll probably pick this up when I get the ebook of Age of Empyre in a month(ish) so I can read them consecutively.
All the Stars and Teeth by Adalyn Grace
This was the February OwlCrate book selection. I like the synopsis and the cover is stunning.

Iron Gold by Pierce Brown
The real beauty in this haul. Dang, I adore these Subterranean Press editions and this one has color interior illustrations!! Can’t wait to see what the cover for Dark Age looks like whenever that’s available for pre-order.
My audiobook purchases since the last haul —- The Whisper Man by Alex North, The Summer Tree by Guy Gavriel Kay, Where Gods Fear to Go by Angus Watson, and Legacy of Ash by Matthew Ward.

I’m really excited about We Ride the Storm, and I need to go request Out of Body!

I loved Ravencaller and Age of Death! I hope you like them too! And I’m suuuper jealous of When Jackals Storm the Walls, because I can’t wait for it to come out and remain unsure if I’ll get a copy before then.
