Age of Ash by Daniel Abraham
Finally picking up a book solely by Daniel Abraham! I totally dig political/intrigue-heavy fantasy stories, so I’m hoping this is going to be a win for me.
The Thief by Megan Whalen Turner
I’ve always heard so many positive reviews of this series and I’m finally making time to check it out. It’s quite a short audiobook and the narration is good, but I’ll be honest it’s very slow to start. They’ve been riding around on horses and stopping to eat for like, 35% of the book.
**I started listening to The God is Not Willing by Steven Erikson last week, but decided to call it quits on the audiobook. It just wasn’t working in that format (kept getting super distracted) so I may pick it up in print at a later date.
