The Hemlock Queen by Hannah Whitten
I’m trying to stay ahead of all the April book releases have on hand, so this week I’m hoping to check out The Hemlock Queen. The first book was great and left readers on quite the cliffhanger/dynamic shift so I’m really curious to see where this installment takes us!
I’m also still working my way through Empire of the Damned in audio format, which is fantastic. I sadly don’t have the time to get through audiobooks quite the way I did years ago, so I feel like it’s pretty slow going. I need to prioritize this one in the little bits of downtime I have.
It’s hard to believe it’s the last week of March already! All the spring flowers are blooming and some of the trees are already starting to turn green – it’s typically this time of year we have another hard freeze in the mountains 😮

It’s been a bit more chilly than I prefer, but it’s helped the cherry blossoms hang on long in the Washington DC area, so that’s a plus!
