This Girl’s A Killer by Emma C. Wells
I’m in the mood for something a little different and I think This Girl’s A Killer fits that description. It’s about a woman who is a pharmaceutical rep by day and a serial killer by night. This isn’t quite like anything I’ve read before, so I’m actually quite curious to see if I’ll like it!
I’m still slowly working my way through We Solve Murders, the new book by Richard Osman. It’s taken me awhile to get invested, mostly because I haven’t dedicated much time to audiobooks in the last couple weeks.
Hurricane Helene swept through my area Thursday into Friday and while we were very fortunate and sustained negligible damage (my poor storm door flew open during a wind gust), many areas around us were severely impacted by flooding. Lots of washed out road and bridges, many trees down, power outages affecting several hundred thousand people, and there are some people missing in the most heavily hit areas.
