Sharps by K.J. Parker
I initially heard about this book from a reviewer on Booktube (The Library of Allenxandria) and thought it sounded cool. This is a standalone that follows a group of fencers as they do a tour through a neighboring kingdom in the name of diplomacy. I’m not far into it, but it’s political and it seems likely there will be hijinks.

Now that I have a copy of this handy, I’ll be diving in once I finish Sharps. This follows two parents and their recently turned werewolf daughter as they try to navigate magical society.
