The Hearth Witch’s Guide to Magic & Murder by Kiri Callaghan
This sounds like a delightful cozy mystery and I love books set in London, so what’s not to like? I’m trying to knock out my October review books pretty quickly so I can hopefully start on November books and pick up some fun seasonal reads.
Cuckoo’s Calling by Robert Galbraith
This was recommended by a friend and I needed an audiobook to fill the time before my pre-order of the new Richard Osman book arrived. I’m actually having a great time with this and am seriously wondering why I don’t read more traditional mystery/thriller books.
I’m also still slowing working my way through Katabasis, as it’s not as easy for me to make time for print books in my reading schedule. What I’ve read so far has been intriguing and is giving Ninth House vibes, but with stuffier main characters.
