I saw this cover and completely fell in love. I mean, this is literally amazing and it’s by Katherine Arden!! The Unicorn Hunters follows a noblewoman defying the order to marry the King of France who leads a party into the woods to ‘hunt unicorns’ (actually a pretext for a secret wedding) but lo’, a unicorn actually appears! This sounds like a beautiful blend of political machinations and enchantment and I can’t wait to read it. The Unicorn Hunters will be released June 2, 2026.
