Waiting on Wednesday: Two Dark Reigns by Kendare Blake

“Waiting On Wednesday” is a weekly meme originally hosted on Breaking the Spine but has since linked up with “Can’t Wait Wednesday” at Wishful Endings now that the original creator is unable to host it anymore. This is a great way to share upcoming released you’re excited about!

And what was originally supposed to be a duology has multiplied and will now be a four book series. The cover for Two Dark Reigns has been released and I admit to being hesitantly excited. I like the cover – it fits well with the first two and just looks cool in a fairly simple way. I’m really hoping this series doesn’t take a nose-dive as so many extended YA series tend to do because I really loved the first book and the second wasn’t too shabby either. Fingers crossed for an expanded world and more murder-y characters filled with self-importance and an abundance of attitude!
