I forgot to schedule this post!!! Better late than never!
I am absolutely loving this book! While I’ve never been able to truly appreciate the classics like Jane Eyre, I’ve always enjoyed tv versions and now apparently retellings! It has the perfect blend of murder, romance, and more than a touch of the exotic.
The Thousand Deaths of Ardor Benn by Tyler Whitesides
I can’t wait to dig into this book! It’s over 700 pages, so it will probably take me awhile to finish but I expect it will be enjoyable. Early ratings are positive, so that’s always a good sign because obviously those 20 people didn’t think it was trash.

The Thousand Deaths of Ardor Benn was SO UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. Seriously, one of my top reads so far this year.
