Why is this my last FairyLoot box?

OOooo buddy! Two books, and one of them is an advanced copy! Eight Will Fall is about eight criminals who are sent to go kill an ancient evil, but it appears that it was meant to be a mission they were never supposed to return from. Wicked As You Wish is well, complicated to explain, so maybe just check out the synopsis.

This box was full of ALL KINDS of good stuff including this sachet of tea inspired by the Priory of the Orange Tree. It’s extra awesome because tea is my toasty beverage of choice and I always like trying new flavors. Also included are some socks with designs you may recognize from the cover of The Wrath and the Dawn.

My absolute favorite thing in this box is by far the set of Skyward bookmarks. I mean, how cute is Doomslug???? Also, is an Aelin pin with her favorite nasty nickname which makes me laugh and cringe with second-hand embarrassment every time I see it.

I’m also super surprised that there is an item from the Red Rising series in here since it’s not actually YA but I ain’t complaining. It’s pretty awesome and is going to work with me so I can stash all the junk I have in my desk drawer. There’s also the pencil set with Game of Thrones house quotes imprinted on them. Nifty. Now I’m going to have to find a pencil sharpener.

And last we have a microfiber cloth with a lovely pattern and a quote I think all of us book nerds can relate to. Oh, and more paper bits that I’m going to use as bookmarks.

Overall, this was a really awesome box that almost makes me regret cancelling FairyLoot, but honestly they just take TOO LONG TO SHIP! I got the notification that I had a tracking number 6 days before it actually moved, and then it took another 3 days to arrive. It’s a bit frustrating, especially since it ships later than the other boxes I’ve tried so it often doesn’t arrive until the first of the next month.
