At last! A book with an Aztec/Mayan setting! I’m super excited to begin reading this and will hopefully have it finished up before the release date on February 18. I’ve read just a few pages as I type this, so I really don’t have a proper first impression yet.

This has been hanging out in my Audible wishlist for so long and I’ve been a little stuck on what to read next. And here we are. I love GGK’s books and I’m curious to check out one that’s a proper epic fantasy rather than the historical fantasies that I’ve loved.
