Susanna Clarke is finally releasing another book! Many fantasy readers have been awaiting this day since they turned the last page of Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell. I admit to not being one of those – I didn’t love that book because I felt like I trudged through it. Piranesi, however, is quite a short read and the synopsis was so appealing that I think I’ll give it a read when it’s released in September 2020.

I hadn’t realized this was the same author as Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell, lol…I haven’t read it but I know it is well beloved by fans. I have this one my watch list too, it’ll be interesting to see how it turns out.
