In the Shadow of Lightning is the start of a brand new fantasy series from Brian McClellan. That alone is enough to get my hyped, simply because I found the Powder Mage world to be so wildly awesome. The synopsis is promising and well, I’m quite excited for this which is why it’s getting featured!
