The City of Dusk by Tara Sim
I’m reallllly intrigued by the synopsis of this and I can’t wait to really get into it! I’ve read about 20 pages as I’m writing this up, but my initial impressions are positive. So far there are necromancers, shadow-familiars, and illegal demon summonings, so I think I’m in for a fun read!

A Wizard’s Guide to Defensive Baking by T. Kingfisher
So, I went a little crazy with the recent Audible sale and picked up SIX audiobooks! This is one of the books I picked up ( it was like $3!!) and I’m so excited to check it out! It sounds really cozy and fun, and I’m sure it has the author’s signature brand of humor that I adore. If I had to guess it might also be the perfect thing to listen to while making bread 😀
