I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with this author’s work, but this series has kept me interested despite some frustrations. I have my fingers crossed for a good ending! I picked up the audiobook for format continuity and because the narrator is quite good!
The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkein
I generally don’t do two audiobooks at once, but I’m planning to go through this one at a sedate pace and will probably take several weeks to a month to actually finish. Thus far Andy Serkis’ narration is fantastic and it’s easier to listen to this than read it for sure! Maybe I’ll actually be able to finish the whole trilogy.
