I shelved this on my Goodreads “Want to Read” shelf a few months ago and didn’t really think about it until this realllly lovely cover popped up when I was searching for my next book to feature! And wow, I also forgot how darn intriguing this sounded! One of the main characters has a special connection to food and wine and had previously been a royal court chef until she had enough and went on the run. The other main character is a princess who also shares this epicurean gift and is trying to stop her fiancées assassination. I love the blend of politics, food, and magic, and am so curious about this! A Thousand Recipes for Revenge will be released June 13, 2023.
