Age of Swords is the second installment of The Legends of the First Empire series by Michael J. Sullivan. I enjoyed the first one, and while it didn’t blow me away like MJS’s other books, it was still quality writing. I anticipate that Age of Swords will be much more exciting because the characters have finally come together and the real story is beginning. June 2017 sounds like a long way off, but with a busy reading schedule the time will fly by! I’m hoping to get an advanced copy of this as I did with Age of Myth (fingers crossed!).
