I’m still reading bits of Gorse here and there as I have time and I think I’ll end up really enjoying it. I began Crow & Shadow this week as well with high hopes, but it ended up not working for me (DNF at 45%). The Anguished Earth by Richard Swan came out recently, so I decided to fill my reading void with a return to the Empire of the Wolf! I haven’t started it yet (as I type this post up) but expect to have read a decent chunk by the time this goes live on Sunday. I’m also still listening to The Thrice-Bound Fool, which has had me laughing aloud on multiple occasions and I don’t feel bad about not re-reading the first book because this one sucks you right in!
