Velocity Weapon by Megan E. O’Keefe
I need some more sci-fi in my life and this is definitely going to satisfy that need. Intergalactic war, soldiery an politics, and all the usual good space opera stuff makes Velocity Weapon sounds pretty fantastic, plus I’ve read a few pages and I’m already curious!
The Wicked King by Holly Black
AHHH, at long last I’m picking this one up! Thank goodness for audiobooks, otherwise I’d never get to read any of the books I miss getting an early copy of! I didn’t LOVE the first book the way many people did, but the latter half was so strong and the ending so epic that I knew I would read the next one eventually. It has fantastic ratings, so I hope I enjoy it!

Needed more sci-fi in my life, too. Nearly picked Velocity Weapon ARC up but got offered something by an author instead. Time will tell if I made the right choice. Looking forward to seeing how Velocity Weapon pans out 😊
