House of Flame and Shadow by Sarah J. Maas
Let’s be real, this is the only thing I will be reading for most of this week. Possibly the entire week if I go crazy and read it twice. I mean seriously, I’m already obsessing over the two chapters that were released of SJM’s website and I went to my local Kroger to see if by chance they had it out early like some people were lucky enough to find. I haven’t been this excited about a book since… well, probably House of Sky and Breath.
If I get around to it, I’ll also be reading The Briar Book of the Dead, which I completely failed to begin reading last week. Also, I’ve been playing Palworld, which is described as “Pokemon with guns” and it’s an absolute blast! It’s more akin to ARK, which I also loved, and as a result I’ve been putting HOURS into it in the last week.

I’ve also been playing palworld! It’s been fun to keep my distracted for Maas’ new book. But we all know it’ll take 2 days at the most to finish depending on life, work, etc. and I’ll be right back to palworld. Can’t wait to read what you think about shadow and flame!
