This is terrible, but I forgot I had this and also didn’t realize it was out on June 18th. Fortunately, this is supposed to be a humorous book so I think I’ll be able to zip right through it!

Children of Fallen Gods by Carissa Broadbent
The binge continues! I was shook by how much I enjoyed the first book and so immediately downloaded the sequel because I MUST know what happens next! I think I like this better than The Serpent and the Wings of Night.

At the moment I’m still reading through Foul Days, which I started last week. I got no reading done and I’m a bit behind. I also binged all four episodes of Bridgerton S3 Part II and I have mixed feelings. I wanted more from the Colin/Penelope story than what was given, Cressida was done dirty after it seemed like she was having character growth, and there was just too much going on.  I still enjoyed it, just not as much as Part 1 or the previous seasons.
