Stacking The Shelves is a weekly (or in my case monthly) meme hosted by Reading Reality and it’s all about sharing the books you’ve added to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. You can include books you buy in a physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts, and of course audiobooks and ebooks!
Received for Review:

The Irresistible Urge to Fall for Your Enemy by Brigitte Knightley
2025 is apparently the year of remastered Dramione fanfics getting traditionally published and while I’ve never read one of the fanfics, I am super intrigued by this phenomenon. Not to mention, so many of the books sound quite fun, including this one!
The Nightshade God by Hannah Whitten
This is a much anticipated series finale that I can’t wait to dig into!
Princess of Blood by Sarah Hawley
The first book in this series, Servant of Earth, swept me off my feet last year and I’m so excited to have my hands on a copy of the sequel already! This is a brilliant romantasy series with plenty of plot and spice to go around.
The Keeper of Magical Things by Julie Leong
This is the sophomore novel from the author of The Teller of Small Fortunes and it sounds perfectly, delightfully cozy. It takes place in the same world as The Teller of Small Fortunes but has a new cast of characters.
Thanks to Ace and Orbit for the eARCs!
My Purchases:

I have two really lovely editions from The Broken Binding this month! First up is A Drop of Corruption by Robert Jackson Bennett and then the subscription book for April, Labyrinth’s Heart by M.A. Carrick. The quality of cover art, whether original or simply a recolor, along with other details like unique end paper art and sprayed edges are stunning as always.

Some beautiful books! I’ve been meaning to read Hannah Witten for ages, really need to get to them.

Those special editions are beautiful!! 😍 And I am curious to know what you will think of The Irresistible Urge to Fall For Your Enemy. I was disappointed by that one, but I hope you will have more luck with it!

I’m holding out hope that The Irresistible Urge is at least fun! If not, oh well – they can’t all be favorites!

TBB is now the one place I go for special editions – they just keep hitting home runs, especially with the older fantasy series I’ve enjoyed.
