Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly themed post first created by The Broke and the Bookish in 2010 and is now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week’s theme is Books Set in/Take Place During X. I’m going the easy route and showcasing books set in the United States. Honestly, I don’t focus on location settings all that much when selecting books to read so going back through my reading list for the last couple years was actually enlightening!

- The Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins — Virginia
- The Grimoire Grammar School Parent Teacher Association by Caitlin Rozakis — Connecticut
- The Buffalo Hunter Hunter by Stephen Graham Jones — Montana
- Filthy Rich Fae by Geneva Lee — New Orleans, Louisiana
- Ascension by S.T. Gibson — Boston, Massachusetts

- The Bane Witch by Ava Morgyn — New York
- An Academy For Liars by Alexis Henderson — South Carolina
- The Witchstone by Henry H. Neff — New York
- Three Kinds of Lucky by Kim Harrison — Arizona
- An Education in Malice — Massachusetts

I need to read Jones new book.

Great picks! I’m not one to focus on location when picking/reading books either, unless it’s somewhere I’ve been before.

I was genuinely quite surprised to find that I’ve read so many books set in the US recently!
