Last weekend was probably the worst time to say “I’m back to blogging!” because I was out of town for half the week at a conference and then the other half of the week was busy catching up on things around the house. That being said, it wasn’t all bad in terms of reading! I finished the audiobook of A Widow’s Charm, which I thought was cute and quite funny. After that I decided to go back to the Cormoran Strike series, with The Running Grave. I can’t keep these characters out of my head and I’m basically forcing myself to pick up other books in between installments. And lastly, I started reading We Hexed the Moon. This is a short book that is told in sort of a running monologue style, but it’s definitely bringing back a certain sense of nostalgia – it’s set in 2014.
I’ve been playing lots of Pokopia before bed instead of reading, but like Minecraft, sometimes you just gotta binge it. It definitely makes you appreciate some Pokémon that don’t get the love they deserve in the games!

I hope you’ve been able to rest up and that next week isn’t as busy. But I’m glad that you managed to get some reading done!
