I’ve had a great reading week and finished both This Kingdom Will Not Kill Me and The Ether Witch: The Divining of a Devil. This Kingdom Will Not Kill Me is definitely getting added to my Best of 2026 list! Because of that I decided to check out another Ilona Andrews book – The Inheritance – which is very different but also good. I also picked up This Blade of Ours by Shalini Abeysekara and we’ll see if it’s a sequel worthy of it’s predecessor.
This week I’m trying to get ready for our upcoming vacation – the first we’ve gone on since our daughter was born last year! I’m so looking forward to it and can’t wait to squeeze in a little reading time at the beach!
