Last week I decided to pick up a couple backlist titles. Spiderlight is a shorter fantasy story following a group of heroes trying to defeat a dark lord. Along the way they acquire a spider-turned-humanoid as a companion. I’m also nearly finished listening to Rose in Chains, which is the first book in a new trilogy and the last of the Dramione fanfics that got traditionally published in 2025. It’s entertaining, but doesn’t hold a candle to Alchemised or The Irresistible Urge to Fall for Your Enemy.
I’m taking part of this week off work, so hopefully I’ll be able to squeeze in some more reading time while my daughter naps. I also have a cute little needle felting kit on the way, so I might do some crafting too!
